Péricles Aparecido Fonseca de Faria, born in Santo André, São Paulo, Brazil, is a renowned singer, composer, and instrumentalist of pagode, a subgenre of samba. Formerly the vocalist of Exaltasamba, he launched a successful solo career. Known for his powerful voice and charismatic stage presence, his album "Em Sua Direção" earned a Latin Grammy nomination.
