Entry Recommendations

For safety and efficiency, we recommend entering without a bag. If necessary, guests are permitted to bring in one small bag that meets the following guidelines.

Permitted Bags

• Clear Bags: Clear vinyl or plastic bags, one-gallon Ziploc-style storage bags, and clear vinyl or plastic backpacks, measuring no larger than 12" x 6" x 12".
• Small Clutch Bags: Small bags up to 4.5" x 6.5" (approximately the size of a hand), with or without a handle or strap, do not have to be clear.
• Medical Bags: Including diaper bags when accompanied by a child, will be inspected before entry.

GCC personnel reserve the right to deny entry to any bag/item that is deemed unsafe for admission. Guests who do not follow building policies/decline to be inspected may be denied entry/required to leave the venue. GCC does not provide a bag check or lockers for bags. All bags left in lobbies will be discarded.

Ticket Information

Ages 2 and up are required to have a ticket for entry. Originally scheduled for June 12th, 2024 at 8:00 pm. Previously purchased tickets will be honored for the new date.

Accessible Seating Details

Greensboro Coliseum Complex is committed to meeting the needs of all guests including those that are hearing impaired, physically challenged or mobility impaired. If you require specific ADA seating accommodations, please call the Coliseum ADA Hotline at 336-218-5333. If you need other special assistance, please contact our Guest Services Manager at 336-373-7461. Greensboro Coliseum: Accessible seating is located in all levels of the Coliseum. Odeon Theater: Accessible seating is located in two sections of the Odeon Theater. Special Events Center: Accessible seating is located at the front of most 100 level sections. Visually/Hearing Impaired Seating is available in all venues. Guide dogs are permitted inside Complex facilities. The Coliseum presently maintains FM assistive listening devices which may be obtained from Guest Services. Interpreters: Interpreters are available for the hearing impaired by arranging for a minimum of 10 days prior to an event to ensure proper service and scheduling. Please call the Coliseum Guest Services Manager at 336-373-7461 to request interpreter services.
