Like Roses is a femme-forward emo/pop-punk band from Berkeley, California. Known for Amy Schmalkuche's gritty vocals and confessional lyrics, they explore themes of heartache and introspection. Ecca Vandal, born in South Africa to Sri Lankan Tamil parents and raised in Melbourne, Australia, is a genre-defying artist. Her music blends alternative rock, hip hop, punk, jazz, and electronica. Known for energetic live performances, she has toured with acts like Queens of the Stone Age and The Prodigy. Her self-titled debut album (2017) received critical acclaim. Popular songs include "Future Heroine" and "Molly". She has collaborated with artists such as Sampa the Great and Hilltop Hoods.
