Location and Accessibility

The Neptune Theatre is located in Seattle, Washington at 1313 NE 45th Street in Seattle's University District. Ushers are available to assist patrons needing help with accessible seating when you arrive.

Ticket Purchase Guidelines

This is a reserved show with an 8 ticket limit per patron. Any orders exceeding this limit will be cancelled at the venue's discretion. All sales are final with no refunds or exchanges. Unless otherwise noted, each person must have a ticket regardless of age. No babies in arms are allowed. Mobile ticket delivery will be delayed until 4 days prior to the event.

Venue Policies

Metal detectors and bag searches will be conducted at the door, so it is advised to arrive early. No weapons are allowed. More information on safety can be found at www.stgpresents.org/about/safety.

Accessible Seating

Each accessible seat houses an armless freestanding chair for patrons with mobility impairments and their companions. The freestanding chair can be removed to accommodate a wheelchair.
