PineCone

PineCone, the Piedmont Council of Traditional Music, originated in Raleigh, NC, in 1984. Founded by Wayne and Margaret Martin, Ron Raxter, and Beverly Young, it preserves, presents, and promotes traditional folk music and dance, including bluegrass and old-time. Known for its concert series, jams, workshops, youth programs, and the Raleigh Wide Open festival, PineCone celebrates roots music.

The Po' Ramblin' Boys

Smoky Mountains–formed East Tennessee bluegrass band The Po’ Ramblin’ Boys blend tattooed grit with honest traditional sound, touring from US festivals to Europe rock clubs.
