Porridge Radio, a London-based band formed in Brighton, is known for emotive lyrics and powerful performances. Their albums "Every Bad" and "Waterslide..." earned critical acclaim, with "Every Bad" being Mercury Prize shortlisted and "Waterslide..." reaching the Top 40.
