Plant

Plants (aka Jake A, Diskey) is a deeply underground electronic music producer and DJ based in the Twin Cities (Minneapolis–Saint Paul, Minnesota). He creates and performs under a rotating cast of aliases, most notably Plants (often credited as Plant), Jake A, Diskey, Floppi J, and Disk Jockey J. Aigner is a dedicated purveyor of old-school, DIY rave culture. His primary sound is heavily rooted in the 1991–1994 era of jungle, hardcore, breakbeat, and acid. Beyond studio production, he is a staple of the local Twin Cities renegade rave scene.
