All tickets on the floor & mezzanine are general admission, standing room only. Limited seating will be available for mezzanine ticket holders on a first come, first served basis. The mezzanine is 21+ ONLY.

Venue Policies

PLEASE NOTE - The Hall is a cashless venue. Only debit or credit cards are accepted at our bars, box office and guest services window. Please plan accordingly.

Transportation Recommendations

PLEASE RIDESHARE - Parking is limited around the venue. We strongly recommend using rideshare apps like Uber or Lyft for transportation to and from the venue. There is a designated rideshare pick up / drop off location near the entrance for your convenience.

Refund Policy and Regulations

No refunds - no exceptions. Lineups and times are subject to change. Any ticket suspected of being purchased for the sole purpose of reselling can be canceled at the discretion of The Hall and/or TicketWeb. Tickets purchased from 3rd party resellers or any other ticketing websites are not allowed.

ID and Entry Rules

Valid government-issued photo ID required for entry to age-restricted events. Tickets available at the door (if not sold out). No re-entry. Physical tickets available at the box office.
