PRAM

Pram are a British post-rock band formed in Birmingham, England in 1988. Originally consisting of vocalist Rosie Cuckston, guitarist Matt Eaton, drummer Andy Weir, and bassist Samantha Owen, the group is known for an eclectic electronic pop sound that textures odd melodies with unconventional and toy instruments. Incorporating influences ranging from krautrock and dub to exotica and children's television, they released a series of sophisticated albums through Too Pure and Domino Records, including Helium (1994) and The Museum of Imaginary Animals (2000). Following a long hiatus, they returned with their eighth studio album, Across the Meridian, in 2018.
