Profanatica and Knoll

Profanatica, formed in 1990 in New York, is a pioneering US black metal band known for its raw, blasphemous sound and anti-Christian themes. Emerging from ex-Incantation members, they established a primitive, extreme style influenced by Venom and Sarcófago. Albums include "Profanatitas de Domonatia," "Rotting Incarnation of God," "Crux Simplex," and "Wreathed in Dead Angels." They are recognized for their uncompromising vision and controversial live acts.
