Venue Information

The Neptune is located at 1303 NE 45th Street in Seattle's University District. It is an all-ages show venue with a bar that requires a valid photo I.D.

Ticketing Policy

• There is an overall 8 ticket limit per patron.
• Patrons exceeding the ticket limit will have their orders canceled at the venue's discretion.
• All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
• Mobile barcodes are delayed until 4 days prior to the event.
• The venue reserves the right to change delivery methods.
• Unless otherwise noted, each person must have a ticket regardless of age. No babies in arms.

Venue Accessibility

Please note that our historic theatre has no elevator to the balcony levels. When purchasing ADA accessible seating, you are welcome to contact us by email at accessibility@stgpresents.org or call us at 206-682-1414 ext. 5 if any assistance is needed with accommodations or companion seating. Each accessible seat contains an armless freestanding chair that can be removed to accommodate a wheelchair.
