Formed in Southern California, punk band Pulley was created by vocalist Scott Radinsky, a major-league relief pitcher, after leaving Ten Foot Pole. Their 1996 debut Esteem Driven Engine was released by Epitaph, followed by 60 Cycle Hum, their self-titled album, and Together Again for the First Time.
