Raised in Seattle, guitarist Randy Hansen gained attention with Kid Chrysler And The Cruisers and his Hendrix pastiche. He formed Machine Gun in 1977, added Hendrix-style effects to Apocalypse Now, joined Buddy Miles’ revamped Band Of Gypsies in 1984, and later worked with Noel Redding.
