LineUp

Founded in 1918 by Adella Prentiss Hughes, The Cleveland Orchestra is a world-renowned ensemble known for virtuosity, elegant sound, and artistic excellence under Franz Welser-Möst.
Maurice Ravel, a French composer of Swiss-Basque descent, is celebrated for his meticulous craftsmanship and brilliant orchestration. Though associated with Impressionism, his style incorporated modernism, neoclassicism, and jazz. His iconic works include Boléro, Daphnis et Chloé, and Pavane pour une infante défunte. He notably orchestrated Mussorgsky's Pictures at an Exhibition and collaborated with figures like Diaghilev and Rubinstein. Ravel declined the Légion d'Honneur, solidifying his independent spirit.
Pianist Yuja Wang, born in Beijing, is acclaimed for her dynamic style and virtuosic performances. Renowned for Russian music, she has played with top orchestras globally, is known for chic stage fashion, and has collaborated with cellist Gautier Capuçon. Wang frequently releases albums on Deutsche Grammophon.
