Ravi Coltrane

Ravi Coltrane, born in Long Island to jazz legends John and Alice Coltrane, is a celebrated jazz saxophonist known for his unique style. Emerging in the '90s, he's collaborated with Steve Coleman's M-Base and toured with Elvin Jones. Albums like "In Flux" and "Spirit Fiction" highlight his distinctive sound, earning Grammy nods. He produced Alice Coltrane's "Translinear Light" and co-founded a trio with Jack DeJohnette, showcasing his exploratory jazz approach.
