Ravi Coltrane and Brandee Younger

Ravi Coltrane, born in Long Island to jazz legends John and Alice Coltrane, is a celebrated jazz saxophonist known for his unique style. Emerging in the '90s, he's collaborated with Steve Coleman's M-Base and toured with Elvin Jones. Albums like "In Flux" and "Spirit Fiction" highlight his distinctive sound, earning Grammy nods. Harpist and composer Brandee Younger blends spiritual jazz, classical, R&B, and hip-hop. From Long Island, inspired by Alice Coltrane, she's worked with Beyoncé, Lauryn Hill, and Stevie Wonder. She earned a Grammy nod and a 2024 NAACP Image Award for jazz.
