Package Details

Package details are subject to change without notice. All VIP packages are non-transferable, and no name changes will be permitted under any circumstances. No refunds or exchanges are allowed, and all sales are final. This offer is not valid for tickets purchased via Fan to Fan Resale.

Media Release

By participating in any event with Restless Road, you agree that your name, photographic and/or video image, and voice may be used in any media, whether now known or hereafter invented, throughout the world for any purpose whatsoever. Non-ticket package elements will also be subject to the non-transferable restrictions mentioned above.

Pre-Event Communication

You will receive an email 23 days prior to the performance date with instructions on how to redeem your VIP Experience. Additional communication regarding your purchase may be sent via SMS text message to the phone number you provided during the purchase process. VIP programming may take place up to 34 hours before showtime. Check-in details will also be posted online when confirmed.

Merchandise Information

Exclusive VIP merchandise items will either be shipped directly to the address provided with your order or distributed on-site at the VIP event. If merchandise is distributed on-site, items will not be shipped if you choose not to pick them up. Shipped merchandise is not guaranteed to arrive before your show date. By purchasing a VIP package, you agree to share your information with the VIP provider to receive communications regarding your VIP experience and to receive VIP merchandise by mail. Any shipped merchandise not claimed within 90 days is subject to availability.

Liability Release

By purchasing a VIP package, you release and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Restless Road and its respective members, officers, directors, employees, and agents (Released Parties) from and against all claims, liabilities, injuries, death, loss, and/or damages of any kind arising from your participation in the VIP Package and/or meet & greet, or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the package or any related prizes. You assume all risks associated with the VIP Package and agree that the Released Parties will not be responsible for any injury, harm, death, damages, costs, or expenses.

Event Age Restrictions

This event is 21 and over. Any ticket holder unable to present valid identification indicating that they are at least 21 years of age will not be admitted to this event, and will not be eligible for a refund. Please note that the resale, attempted resale, or purchase of your ticket from any unauthorized reseller is grounds for seizure and cancellation of said ticket without compensation. The only valid tickets are those purchased and/or redeemed through our venue’s website. To the extent you have any inquiries or complaints, in such an event, please contact the Third Party Seller directly. Tickets purchased from any unofficial vendors are at your own risk and may be void upon entry.
