Rhododendron is a Portland, Oregon trio formed in 2019, known for their dense, technical experimental rock infused with math rock, post-hardcore, and jazz elements. Comprising Ezra Chong, Gage Walker, and Noah Mortola, they released "Protozoan Battle Hymns" in 2021. Their new album, "Ascent Effort," featuring the single "Firmament," is due May 2026. They are active in the live music scene.
