The Moore Theatre Location and Ticket Information

The Moore Theatre is located in downtown Seattle at 1932 2nd Ave, Seattle, WA 98101. There is an overall 9 ticket limit per patron. Patrons exceeding the ticket limit will have their orders canceled at the venue's discretion. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. Mobile barcodes are delayed until 4 days prior to the event. The venue reserves the right to change delivery methods. Unless otherwise noted, each person must have a ticket regardless of age. No babies in arms. There is no elevator. Stairs only to the balcony level.

Event Cancellation Information

Unfortunately, the Event Organizer has had to cancel your event. You don't need to do a thing. We'll issue a refund to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase, as soon as funds are received from the Event Organizer. It should appear on your account within 14-21 days. Please Note: If the tickets were transferred to you, the refund will go to the fan who originally purchased the tickets from Ticketmaster. Please see our Purchase Policy for more information.
