Irish quartet Lankum blends traditional folk with dark, distinctive drones and distortion. Their album "The Livelong Day" won an RTE Choice Music Prize.
Inter Arma, formed in 2006, overcame visa issues, member turmoil, and near-fatal accidents to create "New Heaven." Known for dense, dissonant layers and exploring themes like war and addiction, their sixth album is a concise 42-minute testament to perseverance.

The Jesus and Mary Chain, formed in 1984, is a seminal band known for their innovative sound and influential role in alternative music. Originating in Glasgow, they are celebrated for their distinctive mix of noise pop and rock. Key figures Jim and William Reid craft their music with a spontaneous approach, retaining the same dynamic since their debut. Their new album, Glasgow Eyes, was recorded at Mogwai's Castle of Doom studio, marking a return to their roots. Known for iconic tracks like "Just Like Honey," they continue to shape the genre with their timeless style.

Los Angeles-based Agriculture blends ecstatic black metal with improvisation and experimentalism. Known for The Circle Chant, they offer rich harmonies and warm screams, aiming for a deep connection with nature and people.
"Born in Norway, this black metal artist's work, like the album 'There's Always Blood At The End Of The Road,' explores the grim depths of human nature, diverging from typical genre themes with elements like jazz and synths."
