Born Henry “Coco” Montoya in Santa Monica, California, he’s an award-winning blues-rock guitarist known for a biting tone and soulful vocals. An alum of Albert Collins and John Mayall’s Bluesbreakers, his 1995 debut Gotta Mind to Travel won a W.C. Handy Award.
