Location and Age Policy

The Neptune is located at 1303 NE 45th Street in Seattle's University District. It hosts all ages shows with a bar available to those with a valid photo I.D.

Ticketing Information

There is an overall limit of 6 tickets per patron. Orders exceeding this limit may be canceled at the venue's discretion. All sales are final with no refunds or exchanges available. Mobile barcodes are delayed until 4 days prior to the event, and the venue reserves the right to change delivery methods.

Entry Requirements

• Each person must have a ticket, regardless of age.
• No babies in arms are permitted.
• Metal detectors and bag searches are in place at the door.
• No weapons are allowed.
• Please arrive early.

Accessibility and Venue Features

The historic theater does not have an elevator, so please note that stairs are the only way to reach the balcony levels. When purchasing ADA accessible seating, patrons are encouraged to reach out if assistance is needed. Accessible seats have armless freestanding chairs that can be removed to accommodate wheelchairs.
