Son of José Clemente, he started singing fado at 6, playing guitar at 13, and joined the National Conservatory of Music at 14. He's collaborated with artists like Mariza and Carolina Deslandes, and has won a Prémio Amália, a Play Award, an Edison Jazz/World Award, and received two Latin Grammy nominations.
