Night Moves, formed by John Pelant and Micky Alfano, blends cosmic country with international psychedelia. Known for "Feel Another Day," they collaborated with producer John Agnello on the acclaimed "Pennied Days" and "Redaction EP," showcasing rich textures and sharp production.
Dallas native Joshua Ray Walker, acclaimed as one of country’s most exciting storytellers, released "Thank You For Listening," featuring acoustic renditions from his albums. Known for his raw vocal talent, he has performed on major shows and iconic stages like The Tonight Show and Grand Ole Opry, showcasing his unapologetic artistry.
Murder by Death, from Bloomington, Indiana, blends brooding balladry and orchestral indie rock with country and folk influences, citing inspirations like Johnny Cash and Nick Cave. Known as "whiskey devil music," they gained a cult following with albums like In Bocca al Lupo and Bitter Drink, Bitter Moon. Initially signed by Geoff Rickly to Eyeball Records, they have collaborated with bands like Cursive and Interpol. Achievements include successful Kickstarter campaigns for albums released under Bloodshot Records. Their 2022 album, Spell/Bound, features a unique lyric book.
Misha Lindes, the driving force behind SadGirl, blends Americana, country, and norteño styles. Known for heartfelt lyrics like in “Goodbye Queenie,” he works with musicians like David Ruiz and Sami Perez.
Ottoman Turks, blending honky tonk and punk, burst onto the Americana scene with their 2019 debut produced by John Pedigo. Known for witty, lively songs and explosive live shows, they deliver raw, energetic music that’s both fun and meaningful.
