Shack, a band formed by Liverpudlian Michael and John Head, emerged from Pale Fountains. Known for albums like Waterpistol and H.M.S. Fable, they faced challenges like lost tapes and drug issues. Collaborated with Arthur Lee, they earned critical praise, especially for The Magical World of the Strands. Their 2006 album was released on Noel Gallagher's label. Drummer Iain Templeton passed away in 2022.
