Cashless Environment

Footprint Center is now a cashless environment. Please plan on using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover during your visit. Don't have a credit/debit card? Convert cash into a preloaded Mastercard by visiting one of our reverse ATMs located near the Ticket Office or Section 218!

Free Valley Metro Light Rail Ride

When you purchase a ticket to a Footprint Center event, you can ride the Valley Metro Light Rail at no cost for four (4) hours prior to the event through the end of the transit day.

Mobile Tickets

With an increased focus on secure, contactless entry, mobile tickets will be required. All tickets will be delivered electronically with no exceptions, therefore will call is no longer available. All tickets are available via the Ticketmaster app or the Suns-Mercury-Footprint Center app.

Tour Details

Latino legend Shakira will be heading out on her Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran World Tour this autumn, with 31 concerts lined up from November 2nd 2024 to March 19th 2025. This tour follows Shakira’s twelfth album, “Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran.”

Shakira’s tour will be stopping off in California, Arizona, Texas, Florida, New York and more, before heading to South America for concerts in Lima, Peru; Rio de Janeiro and Sao Paulo, Brazil; Buenos Aires in Argentina and Mexico City. She’ll also be playing in her hometown Barranquilla, Colombia; her first concert there in 19 years.

Shakira has already added some additional concert dates to her upcoming tour, but further dates might still be announced. Supporting artists have not yet been revealed, but with a discography filled with collabs, surprise guests can be anticipated.

In the midst of the Shakira Tour 2024-2025, the pop icon will be joining the bill of the Besame Mucho Music Festival in LA, alongside Pitbull and Enrique Iglesias.
