Hi-Five, born in Waco, TX, is known for their smooth R&B style. They debuted on Jive in 1990 with hits like “I Like the Way (The Kissing Game),” reaching #1 on pop and R&B charts. Original members Marcus Sanders and Shannon Gill still enjoy success, with Treston Irby releasing music under Bronx Most Wanted. Faruq Evans and Billy Covington round out the group.

Adina Howard

American singer, songwriter, actress, and chef Adina Howard broke out in 1995 with the RIAA-certified gold and platinum hit “Freak Like Me” and the album Do You Wanna Ride?, becoming an award-winning pioneer of sexual expressionism in urban music.
