Device Restrictions

No cameras, audio, or video devices are allowed.

Ticket Requirements

Unless otherwise noted, each person must have a ticket regardless of age.

Accessibility Information

There is no elevator; access to the Mezzanine level is via stairs only.

• Accessible, hearing, and sight-impaired seating is available in the Orchestra section through Ticketmaster and the venue Box Office.
• Assistive listening devices are available on a first-come, first-served basis in the lobby of the theater.

Special Services

Hearing-impaired and sight-impaired patrons who need captioning or interpreter services are asked to contact the Box Office no later than 2 weeks before the event.

Service Animal Policy

Service animals must be tethered at all times and must rest in the seating area with the handler that is appropriate for the animal's size, not in the aisles.

• Because our seating area has narrow rows, patrons are asked to inform us prior to bringing a service animal to Centennial Hall so that we may reserve the best area for both patron and animal.
