Six Feet Under is an American death metal band from Tampa, Florida, founded in 1993 by vocalist Chris Barnes. Known for groove-heavy “death ’n’ roll” and controversial gore lyrics, they released Haunted (1995) and True Carnage (2001) with guests Ice-T and Karyn Crisis.
