Skipinnish, formed in 1999 on the Isle of Tiree by Angus MacPhail and Andrew Stevenson, is a Scottish Celtic band. They blend traditional Highland and Gaelic music with modern compositions. Known for hits like "Walking on the Waves" and "The Island," they earned the Sound of Scotland Award in 2025 and Best Original Work in 2023 for "The Clearances Again." They are celebrated for their powerful live performances.
