Dave Hill's Slade, originating from Wolverhampton, England, is a celebrated glam rock and hard rock band. Known for their energetic pop-rock'n'roll sound and Dave Hill's flamboyant "Superyob" image, they achieved immense success. Their hits include "Cum on Feel the Noize," "Mama Weer All Crazee Now," and "Merry Xmas Everybody." The band boasts six UK No. 1 singles and was the most successful British group of the 1970s. Dave Hill remains the sole continuous member.
