He blends grunge, alternative rock, emo, and shoegaze, crafting "Southwest emo" with deeply personal lyrics. Known for processing grief through his art, his debut album, "A Joy So Slow at Times I Don't Think It's Coming," released in 2025, features popular songs like "Gruesome" and "Pulling Teeth." He earned a "Best New Band" nod from the Dallas Observer.
