Entry Guidelines

Bags (max size 12" x 6" x 12") are allowed and will be searched upon entry. Exceptions will be made for necessary medical equipment and bags for nursing mothers. We encourage you to pack light with only the necessities to make the entry process as smooth as possible.

Ticket Information

All General Admission Tickets are good for the standing General Admission Floor and GA Balcony areas on a first come first serve basis. Tickets can be purchased online up to the event start time. Once the event has started, if tickets are still available, they can be purchased at the Sylvee box office.

Accessible Seating

Accessible Seating: Available online through Ticketmaster by filtering on the ADA Icon and selecting the Accessible Seats, or in person at The Sylvee Box Office.

Ticket Reselling

Transfer is not available for this event and barcodes will not be available in app until 48 hours prior to the event. Fans will need to either download the Ticketmaster app or add to wallet to enter the venue. The artist wants to give fans, not scalpers, the best chance to buy tickets at face value. To help achieve this, the tour will be using Ticketmaster's Face Value Exchange where, if needed, you can resell your ticket to other fans at the original price paid.

To help protect the Exchange, Spiritbox has also chosen to make tickets for this tour mobile only and restricted from transfer. Please note, a valid bank account or debit card within the country of your event is required to sell on the Face Value Exchange.
