VIP Upgrades

VIP upgrades will include: (1) admission ticket for the show, early access to the merch stand, (1) VIP tour laminate, (1) VIP exclusive poster signed by Stephen, meet and greet photo op with Stephen, and a one song acoustic performance. All VIP events will be held before the show prior to doors. Arrive one hour before doors for check in. VIP will start 45 minutes before doors and will end 15 minutes prior to doors. Check your local show information for exact times. VIP Package is subject to change.

Age Restrictions

For any event that is listed as 18 or 21 and over, ANY ticket holder unable to present valid identification indicating that they are of age will not be admitted to this event, and will not be eligible for a refund. Any event listed as All Ages means 6 years of age or older. ALL tickets are standing room only unless otherwise specified.

Support Acts and Camera Policy

Support acts are subject to change without refund. Professional Cameras are not allowed without prior approval. A Professional Camera is defined as a detachable lens or of professional grade as determined by the venue staff. When in doubt, just email us ahead of the show! We might be able to get you a Photo Pass depending on Artist's approval.

Ticket Purchase Policy
