Gillian Welch and David Rawlings are a folk duo known for acoustic music. Their debut Revival earned a GRAMMY nod; Welch won Album of the Year for O Brother, Where Art Thou? All the Good Times won Best Folk Album.
Southern California singer-songwriter known for literate, emotionally honest songs. Debut album on David Geffen’s Asylum Records (1972); released 14 studio albums. Inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame (2004) and Songwriters Hall of Fame (2007).
Molly Tuttle is a boundary-pushing bluegrass artist and guitarist. She won two Grammys with her band Golden Highway and earned a Best New Artist nomination. Bald since age three due to alopecia areata, she’s a National Alopecia Areata Foundation spokesperson.
Hot Tuna began in 1969 as an acoustic spinoff of Jefferson Airplane, led by Washington, D.C. friends Jack Casady and Jorma Kaukonen. The blues/ragtime-based group debuted with 1970’s Hot Tuna and later released Steady as She Goes (2011).

Acclaimed singer-songwriter and storyteller, protege of Townes Van Zandt and Guy Clark. His 1986 album Guitar Town hit No. 1 on country charts and became an Americana classic. Won consecutive GRAMMY Awards; inducted into the Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame.
Born in Wildwood, Florida, Elizabeth Cook is a country singer/songwriter and Grand Ole Opry staple, debuting in 2000 and appearing 400+ times. Her albums include Hey Y’all, Balls, Welder, Exodus of Venus, and Aftermath.
San Antonio-raised singer/songwriter Stacey Earle began playing at 15; moved to Nashville in 1990. Sang backing vocals on brother Steve Earle’s 1991 LP The Hard Way. Her song “For Years” was recorded by Sammy Kershaw; self-released debut Simple Gearle (1998).
