Event Policies

Rain or shine. Re-entry not permitted. All ages are welcome. Guests who are under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. No refunds or exchanges. Reserved seating is on a flat level surface. All bags are subject to search. All bag sizes and types will be subject to security management's discretion.

Prohibited Items

• Professional photo, video or audio equipment
• Fireworks or any kind of explosives
• Pets excluding registered Service Animals
• Glass containers of any kind
• Outside food, drinks or alcohol
• Illegal substances
• Electronic/Vapor cigarettes
• Flammable products and sprays (silly string, etc.)
• Drug paraphernalia
• Personal chairs and umbrellas

Event Cancellation and Refunds

Unfortunately, the Event Organizer has had to cancel your event. You don't need to do a thing. We'll issue a refund to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase, as soon as funds are received from the Event Organizer. It should appear on your account within 14-21 days. Please Note: If the tickets were transferred to you, the refund will go to the fan who originally purchased the tickets from Ticketmaster. Please see our Purchase Policy for more information.
