Stewart Lee

Stewart Lee, born in Wellington, Shropshire, is an English stand-up comedian, writer, and director. Known for his distinctive, deconstructive style, he co-created "Jerry Springer: The Opera" and the BAFTA-winning "Stewart Lee's Comedy Vehicle." He won British Comedy Awards for his television work and had a No. 1 single in collaboration with Asian Dub Foundation. Lee is acclaimed for his critical insight and unique observational comedy.
