They found huge success in the '80s and '90s, shared stages with Bon Jovi, Scorpions, and Ozzy Osbourne, and continued performing despite lineup changes and the passing of founder Jan Kuehnemund in 2013. The band released the concert album "Live Fire" in 2018.

Orange County's Stryper, pioneers of Christian metal, rose to fame in the '80s with platinum album "To Hell with the Devil." Known for black-and-yellow attire, they gained mainstream success while delivering a religious message. Disbanded in '92, they reformed in 2005, releasing albums like "Murder by Pride" and "Fallen." Collaborations include Shadows Fall's Matt Bachand on "Take It to the Cross." Their style blends melodic rock akin to Van Halen, with notable tracks "Calling on You" and "Honestly."
