The Style Council

Paul Weller, born in England, formed the Style Council with Mick Talbot in 1983 after leaving the Jam. Known for soul, R&B, jazz influences, and political lyrics, their hits include "Speak Like a Child" and "My Ever Changing Moods." Despite success with albums like "Cafe Bleu," the band faced declining popularity in the late '80s. Weller began a solo career in 1991, regaining critical acclaim, while Talbot continued to perform.
