Tantric, formed in 1998 by ex-Days of the New members, blends post-grunge, modern rock, and alternative metal. Their 2001 debut went gold with hits like "Breakdown." Despite lineup changes, Hugo Ferreira remains constant. Albums like 37 Channels and Mercury Retrograde kept them on the charts. Collaborated with Pavement Entertainment, toured with Puddle of Mudd.
