Based in Minneapolis, the Minnesota Orchestra (founded 1903 as the Minneapolis Symphony) performs about 175 concerts yearly, mostly at Orchestra Hall. Known by its current name since 1968, it has earned a Grammy Award and toured Cuba, South Africa, and Europe.

A child prodigy who made his concert debut at age ten, he is widely recognized for his technical mastery and iconic works such as Danse macabre, the opera Samson and Delilah, the Organ Symphony, and The Carnival of the Animals.
French pianist Bertrand Chamayou is celebrated for his virtuosic, imaginative performances, expert in French repertoire and contemporary works, winning top awards like the 2019 Gramophone.
Fabien Gabel, acclaimed conductor known for precision and eloquence, leads the Orchestre Symphonique de Québec and regularly conducts top orchestras worldwide.
