About That Motown Band

That Motown Band is a talented group of 10 vocalists and musicians who have played to sold-out houses at venues such as The Count Basie Theatre and Town Hall in New York's Theatre district, just to name a few.

Music and Performances

They bring to life, at each performance, the music of legendary artists such as Aretha Franklin, Smokey Robinson, The Temptations, The Supremes, The Four Tops, and many others.

Band Director

The Director for the band is Grammy-Award nominated producer, composer, arranger, vocalist, and guitarist Johnny Gale, who is a renowned expert in the authentic styling of classic soul, doo-wop, R&B, blues, and rock.
