Channel 3, formed in 1980 in Cerritos, CA by Mike Magrann and Kimm Gardener, gained fame with their 1982 album "Fear of Life". Known for SoCal punk, they've toured the U.S. and Europe. After a studio hiatus, they returned with the 2002 album "CH3" and continued to tour, showcasing a vibrant blend of punk and hard rock with the 2018 release "Put 'Em Up".

Fullerton, California's The Adolescents, formed in 1979, are punk rock pioneers. Their energetic hardcore sound, featuring melodic hooks, influenced skate-punk and countless bands. Known for anthems like "Amoeba" and "Kids of the Black Hole," their self-titled "blue album" was a best-seller. Recent albums include Caesar Salad Days (2023) and Russian Spider Dump (2020).
