EXTC and The Blockheads

EXTC, originating from Swindon, UK, formed in 2019 around XTC's legendary drummer Terry Chambers. This post-punk and new-wave power-pop act, approved by XTC frontman Andy Partridge, revitalizes classic XTC songs like "Senses Working Overtime" and "Making Plans For Nigel" for live audiences. The band, featuring Chambers, Steve Hampton, and Terry Lines, is known for being the only touring group with original XTC members performing their music in decades. They have released a live album, "Live USA Vol. 1," and craft new material.

Formed in 1977, the Blockheads are best known as Ian Dury's backing band. Hits include "What a Waste" and "Hit Me with Your Rhythm Stick." Known for dynamic live performances, they supported Lou Reed and later released albums like Laughter and Mr. Love Pants. After Dury's passing, they continued to tour and release music.
