Despite splitting after their manager's death, they reunited in 2000, releasing new music and performing widely, continuing their influence on the post-punk genre over decades.

Gothic post-punk band Theatre of Hate, formed in 1980 in Britain by Kirk Brandon, gained fame for electrifying live acts. Their debut album "Westworld" hit the UK Top 20, featuring the Top 40 single "Do You Believe in the Westworld?" Produced by Mick Jones of the Clash, the group saw several lineup changes, with Billy Duffy later forming the Cult.
