Just Mustard is an Irish experimental rock band from Dundalk, formed in 2015. Known for their captivating blend of noise rock, shoegaze, and trip hop, they create dark, immersive soundscapes. Notable albums include "Wednesday" (2018), "Heart Under" (2022), and "We Were Just Here" (2025). Their debut was Choice Music Prize-nominated, and they have supported The Cure.
