The March Violets formed in 1981 with Tom Ashton, Laurence Elliot, Simon Denbigh and Rosie Garland. Their Rebirth label singles hit the UK indie charts: Snake Dance #2 and Walk into the Sun #1. Signed to London Records in 1986; split in 1987.

Vision Video

Vision Video, a post-punk goth rock band from Athens, GA, blends '70s and '80s sounds with modern themes. Known for exploring trauma and humanity, their acclaimed LPs "Inked in Red" and "Haunted Hours" are recorded with Tom Ashton. Lead singer Dusty Gannon’s military and firefighter background influences their music. Praised by Pitchfork, they're celebrated for their classic yet fresh take on the genre.
