Collaborating with Lee "Scratch" Perry and Bob Marley, they provided backing vocals for Marley's "Rastaman Redemption." Their debut album, "Message from the Meditations," is considered iconic. The group toured internationally and released several albums before splitting, with Cridland continuing solo as Ansel Meditations. They later reunited, maintaining their influence in reggae music.
