Pepper is a Hawaiian-bred reggae rock trio formed in 1996, now based in San Diego. Comprising Kaleo Wassman, Bret Bollinger, and Yesod Williams, they blend reggae, alternative rock, and dub. Known for hits like "Give It Up" and "Stone Love" from their album "Kona Town," their 2019 album "Local Motion" hit #1 on Billboard Reggae Albums. They released the "Makai" EP in 2023 and are currently touring.
Alt-reggae band The Movement, formed in 2003, blends insightful lyrics with heavy drum and bass. Known for chart-topping albums and collabs with 311, Stick Figure, and more.

NOTICE OF RISK --- WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

READ BEFORE USING THIS TICKET BY PURCHASING, ACCEPTING, OR USING THIS TICKET, the holder (Attendee) acknowledges and agrees to the following:

  1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK. Attendee voluntarily assumes all risk of bodily injury, death, and loss of or damage to personal property that may result from attendance at this event, including but not limited to risks arising from crowds, projectiles, falling objects, noise, special effects, slippery surfaces, weather conditions, and the actions of other attendees.
  2. NOTICE OF HAZARDS. The landowner(s), venue operator(s), promoter(s), event organizer(s), sponsors, and their respective officers, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively, "Released Parties") hereby provide notice that this event involves inherent hazards that may cause serious bodily injury, death, or property damage, and that such risks cannot be fully eliminated. Attendee acknowledges receipt of this warning as adequate and sufficient notice of such hazards.
  3. WAIVER AND RELEASE. In consideration of admission to this event, Attendee, on behalf of themselves and their heirs, assigns, and legal representatives, hereby waives, releases, and forever discharges all Released Parties from any and all claims, demands, and causes of action for bodily injury, death, or property damage arising out of or related to attendance at or travel to and from this event, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Attendee further waives any right to a jury trial.
  4. INDEMNIFICATION. Attendee agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claim, loss, or liability arising from Attendee's conduct at this event. USE OF THIS TICKET CONSTITUTES ATTENDEE'S AGREEMENT TO ALL TERMS ABOVE.

This ticket is a revocable license and may be revoked for any lawful reason. Governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, and any and all claims must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Charleston County, South Carolina. If Attendee is a minor, a parent or legal guardian must consent on their behalf.
