Skids and Au Pairs

Skids, formed in Dunfermline, Scotland, in 1977, are known for their art-punk style. Key members included vocalist Richard Jobson and guitarist Stuart Adamson. They gained fame with hits like "Into the Valley" and "Masquerade." Produced by Bill Nelson, their second album Days in Europa was well-received. After lineup changes and disbandment, they reunited in 2007 for tribute shows. The original lineup re-formed for a 2017 tour, releasing the album Burning Cities in 2018.

Lesley Woods fronted the Au Pairs, a British post-punk band known for danceable, politically charged, feminist rock with sharp, confrontational lyrics and critical acclaim.
